Radio Smart Talk for Friday, August 19:
Almost 700 mosquitoes have tested positive in Pennsylvania this year for the West Nile virus and although the virus has not been detected in any humans yet, health and environmental officials are concerned. West Nile can be fatal if a person is bitten by an infected mosquito. Appearing on Friday's Radio Smart Talk will be Dr. Stephen Ostroff, acting Physician General and Director of the Bureau of Epidemiology, Pennsylvania Department of Health and Matt Helwig, a West Nile virus specialist with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
Also, not a week goes by that we don't hear a story about a food or drink that either can contribute to cancer or maybe prevent it. It can get confusing for those who want to eat healthy. We'll get the facts on the program Friday from Janelle Glick, a wellness dietitian at Lancaster General Health.

Thank You. -FJH
Why cancer begins, and matures, is very strange. I suspect that cancer cells are being formed on a daily basis for almost everyone . . but they are being denied continued replication.
Obviously, there are chemical and electromagnetic predisposers to the creation of aberrational cells...
we live in such a toxic world compared to previous generations!!
And now even our foods are genetically/chemically altered . . .
I am surprised there are not more cancers... the human body is amazingly resilient, apparently.
