In previous court cases addressing this question, courts have often found a lack of clear evidence directly linking violence in video games and violence in real life. Courts have historically ruled that current labeling of games (rated "T" for "teen" for example) is sufficient. Among the questions the High Court may consider: Would banning especially violent games infringe on the entertainer's right to free speech?
We'll consider what the Court may hear in oral arguments, how the High Court may rule, and we'll discuss what we do or don't know about the impact of violence in video games.
