We are within one inch of setting the all-time known record for rainfall in Pennsylvania in April. Violent storms have ravaged the Midwest and the Eastern seaboard. Now, forecasters predict another wet weekend, though not as devastating as last weekend's torrential downpours that soaked the region with more than 3 inches of rain in 24 hours. abc27's morning weather man, meteorologist Brett Thackara, will tell us why we're in this wet weather pattern, what we can expect over the next five days, and some more details about that storm brewing near Puerto Rico ... the one folks fear could become the first tropical storm of 2011. (Yes, I know. Hurricane season isn't supposed to start until June. Someone, please tell Mother Nature!)
