Pennsylvania will receive $1 billion in stimulus transportation funding over the next two years. The "smart growth" land use group 10,000 Friends of Pennsylvania recently released a report identifying ways the state can best use the money to create jobs and
improve the state's transportation infrastructure.

10,000 Friends of Pennsylvania President and CEO Judy Schwank will appear on Tuesday's Radio Smart Talk to discuss the group's recommendations.
