What Sen. Piccola was saying in Smart Talk it's irrelevant for me. This is a clear message that we need to change the whole system protecting the children like Child Protective Services when they are not targeting the real issue and the right institutions in our communities. We need to improve the job of the District Attorney Office, because they are not doing the right job getting information confidential from the public to report sexual or physical abuse. I know Day cares where they consequently are using, physical abuse with the children. I know case workers that when a child report their own mom for physical abuse with a case worker, the tendency of the case worker female is expose the children in front their mom about their allegation. We need to educated females using false allegation on behalf of many different social agencies to get money from the Federal Government. So, this kind of situation say also that reinstate the Judges is a serious mistake. They need to run period.

I am concerned about the backlash against McCreary. He is a reporter and we should not be crucifying reporters. At the time of the incident, he was a vulnerable young man himself; I don't care how big a guy he was. Sexual assuault is debilitating whether you experience it or you witness it. McCreary did the right thing--he came forward. We don't know what he was told by his superiours after that. We also don't know if he was ever educated about reporting,but I am guessing that no one at Penn State was ever educated about reporting sexual assault. We must begin with education because of the emotional impact of this crime. McCreary, I support your courage in coming forward. You did the right thing. Others must feel come forward under similar situations. Don't be stung by this backlack. Be brave, as McCreary was.

This is by far the worst thing that has happened at PSU, but this isn't the first disgrace at this university. PSU wants to act so high and mighty but what about the following:

Rene Portland got away with discrimination for years. Curly and the heads of the university let this go on for years as well.
