The Tuesday, March 15, 2011 Radio Smart Talk program focused on the so-called Castle Doctrine and proposals to expand the rights of citizens to legally defend themselves against attack. Republican Representative Scott Perry of York County appeared on the show and indicated he would provide examples and instances from across the country of people defending themselves inside and outside their homes.
