There's been a lot of discord lately in Harrisburg over whether tax increases or spending cuts should be used to balance the 2009-2010 budget. We'll talk with WITF's state Capitol Bureau Chief, Scott Detrow, and open the phones for your thoughts. Later in the show, WITF Morning Edition Host and Senior Reporter Tim Lambert will be on the "other side of the microphone," as we interview him about the federal government's latest attempts to obtain some of his property through eminent domain. You'll recall that some of the land at the Flight 93 crash site outside Shanksville has been in Tim's family for decades. Also, the South Korean and U.S. militaries this week raised their alert level on North Korea after that country conducted its second nuclear test in three years. We'll get perspective on why this situation matters to Americans from an expert at the United States Institute of Peace.
