A Schuylkill County jury last Friday night acquitted two teenagers of the most serious charges -- including murder -- in the beating death of Mexican immigrant Luis Ramirez last summer in Shenandoah. Now, the U.S. Department of Justice is deciding whether to file federal civil rights charges against teens.
