You’ll hear a lot this week about what WITF does right, and why it’s worth your while to support this radio station financially. We also like to take a little time during each of these fundraising campaigns to talk about what we could do better – where, with the proper resources, we could improve…and to hear directly from listeners and contributors alike about what we’re doing that you like, and where maybe we could step up a little.

That, coincidentally, is what NPR Ombudsman Alicia Shepard has been doing these last few years, addressing NPR listeners’ concerns, and – when necessary – calling NPR out when mistakes are made.
