This is an extended version of the interview I did with Ric Fouad, president of the advocacy group Protect the Hersheys’ Children for WITF-TV's Smart Talk on September 9. He was also a 2009-2010 Visiting Scholar at Harvard Law School, focused on child welfare and charitable trust issues. Fouad has been outspoken about how the Hershey Trust and the MHS operates.
