Also, Harley Davidson announced Thursday it plans to keep it's motorcycle manufacturing plant in York County, rather than move to another state. Harley Davidson's decision came after the union representing workers at the facility approved wage and benefit concessions. The news is mixed though. Up to a thousand workers at the Springettsbury Township plant could still lose their jobs.
