Gubernatorial candidate Dan Onorato; also how school budgets are decided

Last week, the COO of the Harrisburg School District proposed a number of dramatic program cuts to address a $6.8 million budget gap. Among the cuts proposed – next year's pre-k and kindergarten classes, and all district sports teams after the fall. While such cuts may be a worst case scenario, and may never actually come to fruition, that such cuts are even under consideration underscores the funding challenges some school districts face. When it's that bad, how do you choose which truly vital programs to keep or cut? We'll ask Northern Lebanon School District Superintendent Don Bell.
