Even though U.S. detention and interrogation policy at "Gitmo" has been criticized, the Obama Administration admits some suspects may be too dangerous to be released. There also are questions about how to prosecute suspects or whether to move them to U.S. or foreign prisons. Just this week, a report was delayed for six months on the U.S. policy.
