Former Pennsylvania Governor George Leader died Thursday at the age of 95.

The York County Democrat was one of the state's first "modern" governors and implemented numerous programs including requiring special education in public schools, and expanding state parks.

Gov. Leader's biographer, Ken Wolensky, will appear on the first segment of Friday's Radio Smart Talk to discuss Leader's legacy.
