Also, so-called sexting, where nude or scantily clad images are sent via cell phones -- mostly amongst young people -- has become an issue that law enforcement has had to deal with. But because there are no consistent laws on the books, sexting is being handled differently from county-to-county in Pennsylvania. Some teens have been charged with offenses as serious as possessing or distributing child pornography while other counties have looked the other way. Pennsylvania's District Attorneys are looking for guidance and consistency. Dauphin County District Attorney Ed Marsico, who is president of the Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association, joins us.
