(Lebanon) -- A power outage and downed electric lines have forced city authorities to close Coleman Memorial Park and Lauther Memorial Water Complex.  According to a statement from Mayor Sherry Capello's office, the park and pool will be re-opened when electricity has been restored and the park roads have been cleared of storm debris.  Strong thunderstorms moved through the Lebanon area on Monday afternoon.
