Recall of two tissue box holders sold at Lancaster store

Written by  Tim Lambert, witf Multimedia News Director

(Harrisburg) -- The state Department of Environmental Protection is looking for two tissues holders sold at the Bed, Bath and Beyond in Lancaster. A DEP spokesman tells WITF the Dual Ridge Metal Boutique tissue holder has been found to contain a material that emits low levels of radiation. But, he adds there is no public health risk. Four of the six holders have been found at the store, but two were sold in December -- one on the ninth, the other on the 19th. The Lancaster facility was the only place in the state to sell the items. Anyone who may have purchased one of these tissue holders is being asked to contact the agency at 1-800-541-2050.
