Preliminary hearing for ex-Penn State administrators in Jerry Sandusky case continued to December 16

(Harrisburg) -- The preliminary hearing for two former Penn State administrators has been pushed back to Friday, December 16th at 9:00 a.m. Ex-Nittany Lions Athletic Director Tim Curley and former Senior Vice President Gary Schultz are accused of charged with perjury and failing to report the possible abuse of a child to child-protection authorities in connection to the Jerry Sandusky case. Sandusky is facing 40 counts for sexually abusing eight young boys over a 15-year period. The hearing for Schultz and Curley was orginally set for December 6th, but will now begin at 9:00 a.m. on Dec. 16 in courtroom 1 at the Dauphin County Courthouse. Magisterial District Judge William C. Wenner will preside.
