(Enola) -- Tax preparation season is sneaking up in just a couple of months, and many low- and moderate-income families won't be taking advantage of credits or programs that are available to them simply because they can't afford to hire someone to do their taxes. As part of our MoneyWorks series, we're talking about a special tax preparation program through United Way of the Capital Region that's run by volunteers and available to low- or moderate-income families. witf's Craig Layne talked about the program with Heidi Neuhaus, Director of the Volunteer Center at United Way of the Capital Region.
