(Akron, Pa.) -- Trends in holiday shopping emerge every year, and one has been on the rise for the past several seasons. So-called socially responsible gift-giving involves buying items that support a cause or charity. As part of our MoneyWorks series, witf's Craig Layne talked with Doug Dirks of midstate fair-trade retailer Ten Thousand Villages, about his company's approach to socially responsible gift-giving.
