Midstate man will lead PA Department of Veterans of Foreign Wars

(Harrisburg) -- A Lancaster County man is the new commander of the Pennsylvania Department of Veterans of Foreign Wars. Larry Reece is a member of VFW post 5667 in Elizabethtown. He's served in various leadership roles in the Pennsylvania VFW. Reece joined the Army in 1966. He served in Vietnam and was also stationed in Germany. Pennsylvania has the largest VFW department, with 104,000 members and 500 posts.
