(Annville) -- Lebanon Valley College will test its emergency alert system on Wednesday, September 21. The test will start around 8:30 at the Annville campus when an emergency siren and text messaging system will be activated. The college says it will use the system only for serious emergencies, not incidents like snow delays or minor power outages. The system will be tested once each semester.
