Written by  Craig Layne, Morning Edition Host/Reporter

(Lebanon) -- City officials have re-opened a park and pool that had been closed due to storm damage. Power has been restored to Coleman Memorial Park, according to a news release from Mayor Sherry Capello's office. Phone service in the park is expected to be restored within the next 24 hours. The Lauther Memorial Water Complex will open at noon Wednesday, weather permitting.Strong storms cut the power and caused damage at the complex on Monday.
