(Harrisburg) -- City Council's rejection of a state recovery plan could mean additional problems and opportunities for the capital. The tally was 4-3. WITF's Craig Layne caught up with two council members -- Patty Kim, who voted for, and Brad Koplinski, who cast his vote against, the recommendations.
The Dauphin County commissioners have also weighed in. They say they are disappointed with the move and that the county will continue its lawsuits against the city until a recovery plan is adopted and implemented. Dauphin County is the guarantor of $140 million of Harrisburg's $310 million debt.
