(Lancaster) -- The largest gift in the history of Franklin & Marshall College athletics will help the school build a new multi-purpose stadium. Laurence Shadek and the Shadek Family Foundation will give $5 million to the Lancaster college for Shadek Stadium on F&M's North Campus. The gift is part of a $17 million fundraising effort for a new sports facility that will include training, competition and sports medicine spaces. The new stadium is expected to seat 2,500 and have an artificial turf field for use with multiple sports.
