(Carlisle) -- October is breast cancer awareness month - a time to highlight survivors, treatment and research. Karen Byers is a breast cancer survivor and advocate for women fighting breast cancer. As part of witf's Facing Cancer Together multimedia project, Byers talked with witf's Craig Layne about a support groups for breast cancer survivors that she co-facilitates in Carlisle.
