Written by  Craig Layne, Morning Edition Host/Reporter

(Washington) -- Senator Bob Casey is urging the Army to ease worries the Army Heritage and Education Center in Carlisle, Cumberland County, will be closed when the official Army Museum opens in Virginia. Casey sent a letter to Secretary of the Army John McHugh asking him to take steps to allay the fears concerning the future of the center, which draws about 100,000 visitors a year. The Army Museum is scheduled to open at Fort Belvoir, Va. in 2015.
