American Red Cross calling for donations to assist Dauphin County residents displaced by fire

Written by  Megan Lello, witf Reporter and Producer

(Lancaster) -- A midstate charitable organization is now assisting some Dauphin County residents who've been displaced by an apartment fire. The American Red Cross of the Susquehanna Valley is providing the nine adults and four children affected by the blaze in Hershey yesterday with food, shelter, and clothing. The fire occurred on the 900 block of Briar Crest Drive. A group spokeswoman says the organization will follow up with the victims to provide any other help that's needed. Donations can be sent to the American Red Cross, P.O. Box 4624, Lancaster, PA 17604, or can be made online.
