A closer look at PA House plan to strip municipalities of zoning authority for natural gas drilling

(Harrisburg) -- A state House panel has passed a natural gas drilling impact fee bill. But, what's noteworthy about it is it will keep cities and townships across the state from regulating natural gas drilling in their communities, StateImpact Pennsylvania's Scott Detrow joins witf's Tim Lambert to discuss the measure.
