PBS Newshour and NPR News will present special coverage of the Presidential Inauguration on Friday, January 20:

  • Watch the coverage from PBS Newshour 11:00am to 2:00pm
  • Listen to coverage from NPR News 10:00am to 4:00pm

On radio, Steve Inskeep and Audie Cornish will co-host from the West Front of the Capitol in Washington, DC, overlooking the presidential platform and feature the swearing in of the President and Vice President, speeches, newsmaker interviews, live reports from around the Capitol and the National Mall, and analysis from NPR's Political Team.

On television, the PBS NewsHour Team will provide coverage of: The President-Elect's arrival at the Capitol The Inauguration ceremony, including performances, swearing in of the President and Vice President, and Inaugural Address Departure of the outgoing President Inaugural luncheon.
