Wednesday August 27 at 10:00pm - Operation Maneater - Great White Shark - Mark Evans travels to Western Australia, where seven people have been killed by sharks in the last three years. Authorities have implemented radical measures to catch and kill any shark they deem a threat. Evans wants to find non-lethal solutions to keep people — and sharks — safe. He enters the water to attach tracking tags to great whites; joins beach patrol teams searching for sharks; and tests a new “multi-spectral” camera that spots sharks from the air even when they are hidden several meters underwater.
Thursday August 28 at 9:00pm - Doc Martin - Dry Your Tears - With the departure of Dr. Dibbs, Dr. Ellingham moves back into his old surgery, agreeing to stay for a couple of months until a replacement can be appointed. Determined to get to grips with fatherhood, he asks Louisa to move into his house so he can help to raise their child. He even suggests that Louisa and still un-named "baby" could move to London with him. Aunt Joan's sister Ruth Ellingham (Dame Eileen Atkins) attends the funeral and demonstrates the same cantankerous character as her nephew. She has no more intention of staying in Portwenn than Martin does, but Joan has left her the house and farm.

Then, whilst walking by the canal, Clegg, Truly, Alvin and Billy see a strange figure in the nearby reservoir pond wrestling with a large inflatable swan's neck. The man turns out to be Lenny - who is determined to get to Ilkley by canal in his swan boat, and become famous as The Swan Man of Ilkley. But first he must fix a puncture or two.
