Masterpiece Mystery! has arrived on WITF.  We welcome new characters and reconnect with some old favorites along the way.  Here is your guide to Masterpiece Mystery through the summer and fall on WITF.

The Escape Artist Series 1 - June 15 & 22 at 9:00pm
David Tennant ("Broadchurch," “Doctor Who”) stars as a brilliant defense lawyer with a storybook family and a potent nickname, “The Escape Artist,” for his ability to spring the obviously guilty.

Sherlock Series 1-3 - Thursdays beginning July 3 at 8:00pm
Enjoy all three seasons of the new "Sherlock" with back to back episodes from series 1 and 2 Thursdays and an encore of series 3 beginning July 24.

Endeavour Series 2 - June 29 - July 20 Sundays at 9:00pm
Another season featuring rookie Constable Morse.  Shaun Evans (The Take, The Virgin Queen) returns as Morse fed up with police work and ready to nip his career in the bud by handing in his resignation until a muder turned up that only he could solve.

Poirot series 12 - July 27 & August 3 at 9:00pm
Everyone's favorite Belgian sleuth Hercule Poirot helps police solve crimes and murders, whether or not they ask for his help.  David Suchet ("Henry VIII," "The Way We Live Now") returns in his signature role in two new mysteries, "The Big Four" and "Dead Man’s Folly," based on the novels by Agatha Christie

Breathless Series 1 - August 24 - September 7 Sundays at 9:00pm
Jack Davenport (Pirates of the Caribbean, “Smash”) stars as a brilliant London surgeon in 1961, when doctors were treated like gods and acted the part. Also starring in this stylish story of a dark secret amid the complexities of the sexual revolution are Zoe Boyle (“Downton Abbey”), Catherine Steadman (“Mansfield Park”), Iain Glen (“Downton Abbey”), Natasha Little (“Case Histories”), Oliver Chris (“Sharpe’s Challenge”), Joanna Page (Love Actually) and Shaun Dingwall (“Touching Evil”).

Miss Marple Series 6 -  September 21 & 28 at 9:00pm
Acclaimed British actress Julia McKenzie (Cranford) returns as spinster sleuth Miss Marple in three new episodes of the popular Agatha Christie’s Miss Marple series – A Caribbean Mystery, Greenshaw’s Folly and Endless Night.

Inspector Lewis Series 7 - October 5 - October 19 Sundays at 9:00pm
Surprise! Another season of Inspector Lewis is upon us.  Kevin Whately and Laurence Fox return for an all-new season of the beloved Inspector Lewis series. Hathaway has been promoted to Inspector after an extended break from the force, and Lewis is enjoying retired life until he’s asked to team up with his old colleague again.

Death Comes to Pemberley - October 26 & November 2 at 9:00pm
Matthew Rhys  and Anna Maxwell Martin  star in an adaptation of P.D. James’ witty and inventive continuation of Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice. As preparations are being made for a ball at Elizabeth and Darcy's Pemberley home, the discovery of a corpse brings an abrupt and shocking halt to the proceedings — and a threat to all that the Darcys hold dear.
