  • Going Coed - Earlier this week on Radio Smart Talk, we hosted Wilson president Dr. Barbara Mistick, who discussed the college's decision to go coed. Our listeners had a lot to say about this topic and shared their thoughts in the comments on our website. Carol said, "I am a graduate of a former women's college and I believe Wilson is doing the right thing. The reason women in power today are graduates of women's colleges is that that was the education available to them in the 40's, 50's, and 60's. Now, women can attend all the top colleges, and they do." There were several other comments and questions. Continue the conversation and weigh in with your thoughts on the decision here.
