Written by Fred Vigeant, Director of Programming and Promotions for TV and Radio | Feb 24, 2013 3:59 PM

Celtic Thunder Mythology is the latest show from Celtic Thunder. Filmed on location at the Helix Theater in Dublin, it’s fitting that Celtic Thunder have chosen to return to their roots in order to film this musical odyssey.

Celtic Thunder Mythology is the latest show from Celtic Thunder and the show’s 9th special for Public Television. Celtic Thunder Mythology tells the story of our ancestors in Ireland, their legends, their history and their stories. It’s the lifeblood of modern day Ireland and it’s influences from our Celtic past that are that are still reflected in its people today. Like the Celts, Mythology is bold, challenging, strong, proud and steeped in history. All six Celtic Thunder principals feature prominently in Mythology, from haunting solo numbers to rousing ensembles and great original tracks that were written especially for Celtic Thunder Mythology, such as the show opening number “Voices” and the finale “My Land”.

You may want to check your biography facts about the men in Celtic Thunder. Paul Byrom and Damian McGuinty have not been with the group for two years. There are now 6 principal singers. New members include Neil Byrne, Emmet Cahill and Colm Keegan. The photo above is also a little out-dated. Thanks for promoting this group and thanks in advance for airing "Mythology" tonight at 8.00pm. We will be watching!
