(Harrisburg) -- Governor Tom Corbett is set to deliver his budget address next week, but his budget secretary provided few details at a Pennsylvania Press Club forum today. Charles Zogby isn't offering any hints on what's in -- or out -- of the governor's pending budget. However, he says the day of reckoning has arrived. "No more reliance on federal stimulus funds, no more gimmicks, no more use of one time sources," he says. "Instead we're focused on core missions of government and making the difficult choices to live within our means." About $2.6 billion in stimulus dollars will disappear in the next fiscal year. Another $750 million of onetime revenue sources, also used to balance the current budget, cannot be repeated next year. Zogby says estimates of a $4 billion structural deficit are accurate. Corbett will present his spending plan March 8th.
