RLRI: Rural Homelessness

(New Bloomfield) -- The homeless in urban areas like Lancaster and Harrisburg can spend a night or two in emergency shelters when they have nowhere else to turn. But in more rural regions, that option isn't always avaiable. As part of our Real Life | Real Issues series this month, WITF's Tim Lambert reports on the challenges housing advocates face in Perry County when it comes to the homeless:
