(Harrisburg) -- Governor Tom Wolf plans to deliver his 2017-18 budget proposal today at 11:30 a.m. to a joint session of the General Assembly. It's expected to come in at more than $32 billion.

The Associated Press is reporting that the Democrat will propose more than $2 billion in cuts and savings to help wipe out a huge deficit without needing a major tax increase or cutting aid to schools or social services.

The address can be streamed live online.

WITF will carry the address on 89.5 and 93.3. FM with analysis from reporters Ben Allen, Marie Cusick, Katie Meyer, and Emily Previti.
