(Philadelphia) _ A New York man has been charged in an anti-Donald Trump vandalism incident in Philadelphia for which a city attorney has been disciplined.

Authorities said 33-year-old Evan Brown of Brooklyn was arrested Sunday and charged with criminal mischief and possession of an instrument of crime; court documents don't list a defense attorney.

Authorities said surveillance footage showed a man spray-painting an obscenity and ``Trump'' on the wall of a Chestnut Hill grocery store on November 25. Damage was estimated at $3,000 to $10,000.

Authorities said 32-year-old assistant city solicitor Duncan Lloyd was identified as apparently having taken pictures or video of the vandalism.

He wasn't charged, but city officials said he was placed on leave for two weeks without pay and ordered to do 40 hours of community service.
