Toomey, McGinty campaigning with out-of-state senators

(Philadelphia) -- With their debates over, Democrat Katie McGinty and Republican U.S. Senator Pat Toomey are getting campaign help from U.S. senators coming in from other states.

Toomey kicked off a two-day trek across the state today with Republican U.S. Senators Cory Gardner of Colorado, Thom Tillis of South Carolina and Bill Cassidy of Louisiana.

Toomey's group started at an event in northeast Philadelphia.

Other stops include Lancaster and Altoona on Tuesday and Pittsburgh and Ambridge on Wednesday with Alaska Sen. Dan Sullivan joining them.

Tomorrow, McGinty will campaign with Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren in Pittsburgh and on Friday with Ohio Senator Sherrod Brown, also in Pittsburgh.
