(Lancaster)_ Authorities say a 61-year-old Pennsylvania man died after being electrocuted while working on a home in West Cocalico Township earlier this week.

Ephrata Police Sgt. Matt Randolph said that Nelson Good was shocked when he came in contact with wires connected to a home on South Blainsport Road around 1:30 p.m. Monday.

CPR was performed on the Reinholds man at the scene and he was rushed to WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital, where he later was pronounced dead.

Randolph says Good was an acquaintance of the homeowner and was helping with exterior work on the home.

Investigators classified the case as an accident. No further police action is expected.
