Latest Harrisburg homicide victim identified

(Harrisburg) -- Authorities in central Pennsylvania have identified a man found shot to death on a street in Harrisburg. 

 City police found 32-year-old Bryan Taylor lying on the ground with a gunshot wound shortly after 3:30 a.m. Saturday. 

 Emergency medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.

The homicide is the city's ninth this year. 

Dauphin County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to an arest in the case.
