Police ID man killed in shootout outside Reading dollar store

(Reading)  -- A man killed in a shootout outside a Reading dollar store has been identified.

Investigators sayit  happened during a verbal altercation. 

Police say 24-year-old Michael Feliciano of Reading died at a hospital Monday night after exchanging gunfire with another man.

An autopsy had been scheduled for Tuesday night. 

Berks County District Attorney John Adams says the other man involved in the shooting is cooperating.

He wasn't immediately identified. 

Adams says it could take weeks to decide whether to file charges.

He says the men knew each other. 

Some of the windows at the front of the Dollar General store were shattered during the exchange. 

There were shoppers in the store at the time.
