System failure forces Harrisburg to pause meter enforcement

(Harrisburg) -- Standard Parking, the operator of Harrisburg's parking meter system says it experienced a systemwide meter failure yesterday.

As a result, it says it's stopped enforcing expired meter violations.

The move only applies to today, November 24th.

All other parking violations will continue to be enforced.
