(Norristown) -- State Attorney General Kathleen Kane is due in court for the latest hearing on charges linked to her alleged leak of grand jury material.

She is set for a preliminary hearing this afternoon in Montgomery County on perjury and obstruction charges.

Prosecutors say she signed a secrecy oath when she took office in 2013, but then leaked prior grand jury material to a newspaper and lied about it.

Kane denies wrongdoing.

She suggests she is under attack after exposing what she calls a network of prosecutors, judges and others exchanging pornographic emails.

An arrest affidavit says Kane told a grand jury last year that she was not sworn to secrecy for the 2009 grand jury.
