(Harrisburg) -- A midstate podiatrist has been charged with secretly videotaping co-workers with a cellphone left in an office bathroom.

57-year-old David Todoroff is charged with five misdemeanor counts of invasion of privacy, according to court documents.

An employee found a cellphone in October in the restroom at a Keystone Podiatric office in Lower Paxton Township.

It had been placed inside a sock and shoe, propped up by a wallet.

Employees confronted Todoroff and he admitted to putting the phone in the restroom.

Police confiscated Todoroff's phone and laptop computers. Four videos were of partially nude workers in the employees-only restroom.

Todoroff has been arraigned and released on bail. He's been placed on indefinite leave from the practice.
