(Harrisburg) -- A Harrisburg couple is accused of homicide in the death of their five-month-old daughter after an autopsy found she died of malnutrition, starvation and dehydration.

32-year-old Leviticus Hardy and 28-year-old Dionne Bishop have been arrest on charges they were responsible for Lakia Hardy's death on May 8.

The girl was just five pounds when she died.

Authorities say her twin sister also showed signs of similar abuse.

She was taken from the home and spent five days at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

Police say the parents didn't take Lakia to scheduled medical appointments.

Bishop's court docket doesn't list a defense lawyer, and information about Hardy's case wasn't immediately available online.
