(Harrisburg) -- A retired president of Grove City College is taking one of seven seats on the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

Dick Jewell is being named to Pennsylvania's casino regulatory agency by House Speaker Mike Turzai, an Allegheny County Republican.

The Bethel Park resident has a bachelor's degree from Grove City and a law degree from the University of Michigan. He's also an Army veteran.

He's taking the seat held most recently by John McNally, whose term expired earlier this year.
