(Harrisburg) -- A Dauphin County judge is set to hear arguments tomorrow over whether a video showing a police shooting of an unarmed man can be made public.

The hearing comes after a group of media outlets, including WITF, filed requests for the video.

Hummelstown police officer Lisa Mearkle's lawyers argue releasing it would taint a possible jury.

But county prosecutors contend the video taken from Mearkle's Taser will be used in a trial anyways.

Mearkle is charged with criminal homicide for allegedly fatally shooting David Kassick in the back.
