(Harrisburg) -- The Susquehanna River's high water level is delaying the launch of a popular riverboat.

The Pride of the Susquehanna was scheduled for Wednesday, but will be pushed back until Thursday the 16th.

The river needs to be at a level close to six feet for a safe launch.

It's current depth is above ten feet.

The Pride is billed as one of the last authentic paddlewheel riverboats in the country.
