(Lancaster) --  Police say an intoxicated Lancaster County woman shoved one officer and kicked another as they tried to arrest her after a disturbance at a homeless shelter.

Sherry Chestnut has been charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, trespassing and public drunkenness.

Lancaster police say the 40-year-old Chestnut shoved Officer Jason Zahm and kicked Officer Chad Binderup in the abdomen and hand Monday after she was asked to leave the Water Street Mission in Lancaster.

Police say an officer used a Taser to subdue Chestnut.

She's being held at the Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bail pending a May 12 preliminary hearing.
